Service will be held this Saturday, May 10th at 5:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church in Wenona. No Sunday services May 11th. Pastor is on vacation.
St. Paul's welcomes Pastor Mark Gruden! Pastor Gruden was born in Cleveland, OH and is a Pastor, Teacher, Counselor, Chaplain, and Life Coach. He studied Psychology at Cleveland State University. and has a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary St. Louis, MO.
Taking on many challenges in his life, Pastor Gruden set his sights on helping others, beginning as a Full Time Paramedic and Firefighter. He expanded his need to help others by becoming an instructor in Advanced Trauma Life support and Advanced Cardiac Life support. Pastor Gruden has continued to learn, train and teach in many disciplines. He was an instructor in the Covey Leadership training programs guiding people to be more productive in their lives and careers. He has spent 23 years as a Pastor and Spiritual Leader, Church Planter, and Professor in Theology and History.
Pastor Gruden works with people to help them discover their own potential, which is the basis for his career as a Pastor, Educator & Coach and is an inspiration and guide for others’ personal and spiritual growth and self-discovery through his pastoring, mentoring, and coaching in the area of Spirituality, Productivity, Stress Management, Relationships, Communications, and Leadership all with a focus on solutions. He is a volunteer Chaplain and is involved in Critical Stress Management, and Conflict resolution.
We are blessed to have him as our Pastor and we look forward to having him serve our congregation!
